Aside from that he is an owner in My Shanti restaurant and in a restaurant in South Surrey. Vikram was created in Amritsar in India on December 1964. He finished his Hotel Management degree. This publication received place in the class of world as in the class of best cuisine publication in the big event of Gourmand World cook book award.

As Vij’s railroad state in 2012, Vij started food truck. This is a truck which serves delicious curries on Vancouver’s roads. Later using the title, he began his own restaurant in the year 2014 as My Shanti which has dishes from all over the world of tastes & components. My Shanti is a restaurant in South Surrey.
