He worked in a restaurant of John Bishop. He started his restaurant as Vij’s using the title. They are currently living with their two brothers in Vancouver and are married. Her spouse joined in in her resort Vij. His resort became one of the best restaurants. 1 year later that they open restaurantwith the name. This was to sell curries which were packet together with the inspired cuisines of the title Vij. His spouse Dhalwala along with Vij also have contributed to publication writing. They wrote their first book as the tasteful and inspired cuisines of Vij with the name. This won awards for the best cookbook and received fame cookbook award. Later another book was printed by them at House with the title as Vij’s: Relax Honey. This publication received place in the class of world as in the class of best cuisine publication in the big event of Gourmand World cook book award.

As Vij’s railroad state in 2012, Vij started food truck. This is a truck which serves delicious curries on Vancouver’s roads. Later using the title, he began his own restaurant in the year 2014 as My Shanti which has dishes from all over the world of tastes & components. My Shanti is a restaurant in South Surrey.
